Senior Sales Manager Poland (m/f/d) - for Hyper Growth Phase Supply Chain Solution


For our client Shippeo, we are looking for an ambitious and entrepreneurial senior sales manager for the region Poland and East Europe, who will join the sales team in Düsseldorf or Warsaw and will significantly drive the growth of the company in the hyper growth phase.

Shippeo is looking for you for the branch in Düsseldorf or Warsaw to strategically build up accounts in Poland and East Europe, generate new business and thus contribute to the achievement of sales goals in the agreed region or industry.


  • You work closely with the Inside Sales Team to continuously expand your pipeline and strategically expand and expand your customer base.
  • You carry out complex sales processes with Fortune 500 companies on your own responsibility.
    You are an evangelist for the vision and constantly promote it through regular product demonstrations, participation in events, speaker appearances and your own initiatives.
  • You independently forecast and manage your sales activities and your pipeline to reliably and sustainably achieve your clearly defined sales targets.
  • You coordinate with the marketing and pre-sales teams for activities within your accounts.
  • Together with the European team, you support the constant improvement and implementation of business strategies in favour of corporate goals.



  • You have 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the area of ​​software concepts, cloud solutions or subscription economy.
  • You have been responsible for your own projects from the first touchpoint and you feel comfortable when negotiating at C-Level.
  • You are passionate about building processes, implementing the right tools accordingly and applying them consistently.
  • You are extraordinarily proactive and creative and have a high degree of initiative.
  • You can express yourself very well and are not afraid to present facts and speak to a larger audience with up to 500 participants.
  • A background in the area of ​​supply chain management, industry or trade is an advantage.
  • You speak business fluent Polish and English (company language). Fluency in German is an advantage.
  • You are ready to go on business trips regularly and work from anywhere.
